In order to attract more clients who outsource their jobs for medical transcription you should always be on the look out for new technology and new ways of doing things because most clients look at these things when they are shopping around for medical transcription providers.

You should also be sensitive to all the needs of your potential clients in order to cover all the bases and to satisfy or even exceed all their expectations whether you are a home based medical transcription provider or not.

Here are some of the needs of your clients:

Communication
This is a vital part of being a home based medical transcription, you should have an extra phone line or better yet a dedicated phone line for your medical transcription business. This means that your clients should be able to ready reach you when the need to. You could also forward all your incoming calls to a voice mail. Or if you prefer to answer all your calls yourself you could forward all your calls to your mobile phone number.

Quality Assurance
Even if you are a home based medical transcriptionist you should have an effective Quality Assurance Program in place. This is to make sure that your work is up to your clients standards all the time. Otherwise you will be losing your clients faster than acquiring new ones. Make it clear to your clients how you conduct your Medical Transcription
